1. Purpose of Use This machine is used to adhere PVC foil, natural veneer, or transfer papers onto wood panels such as MDF and particleboard using high temperature and vacuum power. It is the main machine for the production of kitchen cabinet doors (membrane doors), bathroom cabinets, and panel doors. 2. How it Works? Preparation: The pieces to be covered are arranged on the table on the left side of the machine, and the foil with adhesive applied is laid over them. Heating: The upper section on the right side of the machine (heating unit) comes over the table or the table moves in. The heating elements inside heat the foil to soften it. Vacuum: The air is completely evacuated. Thanks to the vacuum power, the softened foil adheres perfectly to all the contours (three-dimensional shapes) of the piece. 3. Design Details Control Panel: A small stand (monitor) rising from the floor allows the operator to adjust the vacuum time and temperature. Body: The large and robust white body is an industrial structure resistant to high pressure and temperature. Rail System: A rail system is available that allows the table to easily move in and out of the heating chamber.
