Profile and Pipe Bending Machine
Profile and Pipe Bending Machine

Tube bending machine

Machine Components and Functions Triple Roller System: The three circular rollers at the front allow metal profiles or pipes to pass through, providing the desired curve. Typically, the top roller is movable (pressing), while the two lower ones are fixed or driven (advancing). Control Panel: The yellow panel on the right side includes an emergency stop button and directional controls. You can control the machine's rotation direction and speed from here. Foot Pedal: Allows the operator to operate the machine in forward or reverse direction with hands-free control, providing safety and convenience for precise bending operations. Frame Structure: The gray frame at the bottom is a heavy-duty chassis, resistant to high-pressure bending operations. Applications These types of machines are generally used for the following tasks: Construction: Production of railings, roof frames, and decorative metal structures. Automotive: Bending of exhaust pipes or vehicle chassis components. Furniture: Metal chair legs or table frames. Plumbing: Rotating large-diameter pipes at specific angles.

Main Components and Function of the Machine This machine is used to bring metal bars, square/rectangular profiles, or round pipes into the desired curved shape. Triple Roller System: Three large steel discs located at the center of the machine perform the bending operation. The middle upper roller is usually movable and applies pressure to the material. The two lower rollers ensure the continuity of the bend by moving the material back and forth. Side Support Arms (Yellow Parts): Yellow mechanisms located on both sides of the rollers prevent the bent material from twisting or sliding sideways during bending. They are critical for adjusting the angle of the material, especially in spiral bends. Mobile Control Panel: Located on the right side on a wheeled base, the panel includes an emergency stop button, direction switches, and buttons to control roller movement. Its wheeled design allows the operator to work from a safe distance and from any angle. Body Structure: The gray, monoblock (one-piece) body of the device is made of thick steel sheet to withstand tons of pressure generated during bending. Working Principle Infeed: The material (profile or pipe) is fed onto the two lower rollers. Pressure: The upper roller (or lower rollers depending on the model) clamps the material with hydraulic power. Rotation: The rollers begin to rotate. Under this pressure, the material moves back and forth between the rollers, gradually taking a circular shape. Where is it Used? Architectural Structures: Circular staircase railings, steel roof beams. Agriculture: Greenhouse frames and irrigation system pipes. Industry: Tank feet, conveyor chassis, and automotive parts.

Machine's Basic Components Three-Roll (Mandrel) System: The heart of the machine, consisting of three circular wheels. The middle (top) roll typically moves up and down with a hydraulic piston. The bottom two rolls remain fixed or provide rotational movement. As the material passes between these rolls, it is bent by the pressure applied by the top roll. Hydraulic Piston: The black cylindrical structure that applies tons of force to the top roll. This force allows even thick steels to be easily shaped. Control Panel (Pedal System): The yellow panel on the right allows the operator to control the machine. Foot pedals enable the operator to use both hands freely to hold or guide the workpiece (pipe). Side Supports: The arms located on the sides of the rollers prevent the bent material from sliding sideways, ensuring the bend remains straight (linear). How it Works? Placement: The pipe or profile to be bent is placed on the bottom two rollers. Clamping: The hydraulic system engages, pressing the top roller towards the material. Bending: The rollers begin to rotate, and as the material moves back and forth under this pressure, it gradually takes on a circular form. Areas of Use This machine is used in the production of products you can see in many places around you: Construction: Stair railings, roof frames, and stadium stands. Furniture: Chair legs or decorative metal shelves. Agriculture: Greenhouse frames and irrigation systems. Transportation: Bicycle frames, motorcycle chassis, and exhaust pipes.
