Machine's Basic Components Three-Roll (Mandrel) System: The heart of the machine, consisting of three circular wheels. The middle (top) roll typically moves up and down with a hydraulic piston. The bottom two rolls remain fixed or provide rotational movement. As the material passes between these rolls, it is bent by the pressure applied by the top roll. Hydraulic Piston: The black cylindrical structure that applies tons of force to the top roll. This force allows even thick steels to be easily shaped. Control Panel (Pedal System): The yellow panel on the right allows the operator to control the machine. Foot pedals enable the operator to use both hands freely to hold or guide the workpiece (pipe). Side Supports: The arms located on the sides of the rollers prevent the bent material from sliding sideways, ensuring the bend remains straight (linear). How it Works? Placement: The pipe or profile to be bent is placed on the bottom two rollers. Clamping: The hydraulic system engages, pressing the top roller towards the material. Bending: The rollers begin to rotate, and as the material moves back and forth under this pressure, it gradually takes on a circular form.
